Changing your background color
We know that having the perfect background is key in making yourself feel at home in the new My Yahoo!. We’ve added tons of new colors and themes for you to choose from.
To change your background:
1. Click the “Personalize this page” button (above your modules).

2. From the menu, under the headline “Appearance,” select “Change Color.”
3. From here, you can select different colors, themes, and seasonal backgrounds.
Take a close look here, because there is way more to our themes than just colors. Choose from textures, environments, passions, seasonal tie-ins, and old favorites from the original My Yahoo!.

Open the “Personalize this page” menu
All the content from your original page should be in the new My Yahoo!, but in the very rare case that something didn’t make it to the new page, try this.
1. Click the “Personalize this page” button (above your modules).
2. From the menu, under the headline “Content,” select “Add Modules.”
3. Choose from the list of categories.
All of the categories offer a mix of original and new modules. Be sure to check out the “My Yahoo! Essentials” list, which is a great place to find the best modules.
Still can’t find what you’re looking for? Enter the name of the module you’re looking for in the search box on the upper right side. This will bring up lists of modules that may not be featured in our categories. Try it out!

Open the “Personalize this page” menu
Getting your content exactly where you want it is now easier with our “drag and drop” feature. Drag a module by its title bar and drop it where you want it. A blue bar shows where the content will drop if your release the mouse button to drop it. You can drag to another part of your page, or even a second page if you have one. Also note that in the new My Yahoo!, when you add new content, it appears at the top of your page.
Here’s what the “drag and drop” feature looks like on your page.
