I have used it - it’s pretty cool. BUT, I think you should be able to HIDE people who aren’t online, and I think their actual NAMES should show up just like they are in your address book… I got a little confused trying to figure out who was who because in my actual Messenger, they show up as their “nicknames” or whatever, not their Yahoo ID… I have no idea what most of my friends’ Yahoo ID’s are anymore because they show up as “Joe” or “Fred” or whoever in my actual Messenger friend’s list… Just ways to IMPROVE a GREAT thing! I really like this new feature because you can’t always download the messenger and at least this way, you can still stay in touch but it looks like you’re just on a “normal” web page when the stuffed shirts called “bosses” walk by! LOL!

nice edition now I can have messanger open on my lunch hour when I check my yahoo for all the latest news. The new my yahoo is a big improvement over the last version. I now am using it on a regular basis again.

I’m confused - is the new My Yahoo available in Firefox or not? I got it today in Firefox - made changes to make sure it worked fine, then it disappeared.

Hi, nice work. Is there any way to display the contact name instead of the email id? Figuring out the name of the person from the email is not an easy task all the time.
Thanks
Suresh

this is a great feature, but i have a number of windows live mail contacts who are able to message me, but i can’t add them to my online list. i know it says some features are unavailable…but surely being able to reply to a chat is an important feature….

Why can I not send an offline message to a contact from my mail page? I want to let them know I am online at my mail page even if they are not showing there? I hate that the only way to contact someone is to actually see them online.
